Experienced unexpected flooding in our basement starting on a Monday, Justin from Jcm was there on Tuesday to assess the situation (he was great). He proposed installation of a sump & triple redundant pumping system, and the following Friday (less than a week from initial ingress) there was a crew at our house doing the installation. Justin and his two guys were fantastic; very professional and efficient. They arrived around 8:30 and were gone by ~2:30 leaving a very professionally-installed-looking "triple pumpinator" system (my term). All in all fantastic experience with EFS.

John and Brandon is two fantastic people the work they done for me was definitely a 5 start result my foundation was leaking water for quite some time and got a few companys out to try repair it and always leaked a few weeks later. Jcm done it for me in June last year and I still ha e no water coming in and it has been really tested with the snow and rain

I needed to clean up a recent leak and weather-proof the backside of the foundation. John came out and deemed it an emergency since there was electricity in the wall where the water was entering. The men started on Monday and very efficiently dug out the dirt and fixed the problem over four days. Everyday they cleaned up thoroughly. I hope I never have another wet basement, but if I do, I’ll call JCM Masonry.

Hey there! Just wanted to share a quick shout out to Brandon and the crew at JCM. We had them out a few months back to tackle some water seepage in our basement. Honestly, they were fantastic!it's been four months now, and we haven't seen a drop of water. If your dealing with any basement issues, I highly recommend giving these guys a call.

After careful consideration I found the work by JCM and John was outstanding and professional. I was not aware job was not complete. I am very happy with the response from the workers as well as John who has compassion and love for his work, and it shows in his response to our calls and concerns' I'm sorry for any misunderstanding in my review. I subcontracted Jcm paving and masonry inc to do a basement renovation for as I am semi retired and I most say I have never seen skills like these guys the made the in possible to be possible

Had jcm paving and masonry come around and take a look at our foundation that was dropping on one side they done up an estimate that was pretty reasonable. So the next day we hired them to do our project from start to finish they were brilliant and very professional clean and respectful of our home and kept me up to date every step of the way if I could give them 10 Stars I would ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
